Coustomer service is overseas and can not Understand English and I never received anything so I lost out on over 400 in shoes. nike review, 2 months agoI've order from the Nike app 4 times now. 3 out of the 4 times I've had to reorder due to "waiting for carrier pickup" days after the estimated delivery date. You have to call Nike customer service and that's why they get two stars because they do reship your shoes but then it takes even longer to get them and now only half of my orders are coming and the half is "missing" so now I have to reorder them again. Either someone that's working at the Nike store is stealing the packages or they're really terrible at getting the shoes out. Service Value Shipping Quality Show more -
