asos review, 1 days agoToday I had a good experience with your customer service (Fatima helped with my query). Unfortunately this is not the usual experience. I find the way problems are dealt with is long, frustrating, and inevitable. There is no effort to avoid the problem on time, but rather to push it forward and wait for the problem to resolve itself. For example, if the tracking info of the order is not updating until the date that the delivery is due, you get from customer service the same robotic answer that you must wait. Instead of doing something about it at that moment, one needs to wait 10 days for the problem to be looked at. It's not the best way to give good customer service. Today, I had the feeling that Fatima actually looked into my problem, explained and updated me with the details of my problem. This is how I would like to be treated every time I write. I hope this helps to better your service, as I find ASOS to be one of the best places to shop. I would like to feel appreciated back -
