    We needed to return a mattress and adjustable foundation we purchased at Macy's Rolling Oaks Mall, San Antonio, Texas. The mattress we received was much, much more firm than the one we tried in store. I am overjoyed to say because of extenuating circumstances they took care of us wonderfully. Very nice lady in customer service and the store manager should get a rave review. Her name is Amy.

    I have never had a problem returing something that wasn't right for me. They're always having the greatest sales events and the app is the best I have ever used.

    I have been doing business with Macy's for years. Love the deals on name brands. I really like the furniture and have purchased many items with never a problem. I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could.

    This afternoon I called Macy's because I was looking for a gift for a friend I spoke to Joan on the telephone and she was very helpful very patient and very knowledgeable so I stopped in the mall approximately 6 35 p.m. and the store closes at 7 and I specifically asked for Joan and she was very helpful and she even had samples of handbags that I spoke to her about on the phone already at the counter for me and once I arrive there we walked around the store and she demonstrated and explain the handbags to me ultimately I end up buying a bag from Joan because she had great taste and was very patient with me even though the store closed at 7 and I didn't get out of there until right around 7 she was very patient did not rush me at all she knew her stuff and it was a very happy experience shopping there with Jones help and assistance

    Macy has huge selection of brands and wonderful deals. I received a shipment that had a pair of sandals that were of different sizes. Rather than get upset. I placed a call to Macy's 1-800# return department and had a customer representative assist me. Set up a return label and reshipment of the correct item. Regardless of who's fault it is, these things do happen. Mistakes like these or other mistakes do cost Macy's the money to fund UPS for return of shipment and for reshipment of correct item. For the consumer it's frustrating and time consuming to call and report it and go through the return process and procedure.
