    Even though I still have one issue still unsolved. I bought a second batch of items and the courier ( Hermes ) delivered it to the wrong address. However, I received help from Sana via the WhatsApp and was able to collect the item.

I contacted the help centre through facebook messager and Charlie O replied very efficiently and refunded my delivery fee to my account.     I received a faulty item, and spoke to a lovely lady named Rebecca S on the WhatsApp messenger customer service. She replied almost instantly, and sent me a replacement item on the fastest delivery service whilst I was still talking to her. Very impressed, I have never resolved an issue as quickly with another company as I have with this lady. Very impressed

    Boohoo was recommended to me by a friend and I ordered 110 worth of clothing for next day delivery. Their courier company, Hermes, sent me an email and text confirming the delivery for the next day but they changed the delivery times over and over as I waited all day in the house until I received a text saying the courier had "had trouble accessing the property" and my delivery would need to be rescheduled. There was no attempted delivery. I was standing at the window waiting for a van when I recieved the message and no one had come near the front door I attempted to contact Hermes but couldn't, so I contacted Boohoo instead via Facebook. The member of staff I got on FB didn't listen to what I was saying whatsoever and told me I was due to have my delivery the day AFTER (which was fine, I had no issues with the delivery times themselves) and then promptly cut me off by asking me to leave a review on how their conversation with me went when I was not finished speaking to them yet.
