asos review, 3 hours agoI placed an order online a few days ago and today the items were to be delivered, I had been keeping an eye on the tracking information all day. The items never came. When I checked the UPS app it was marked as delivered. I did not receive anything. I reached out to ASOS support. The agent angieleen was very helpful, she asked me a few questions and assured me she would resend the items out and also apologized for the incident. Thank you so much for helping me. I rarely have issues with my online deliveries, and I know this was a mess up on UPS, but I appreciate the fact that you were so helpful and found a solution. Thank u again. -

asos review, 2 days agoFor such a big company with loads of stock, im surprised at how they've managed theyre orders/customer service. Ordered countless times from her and never had any issue with delivery, quality and quantity of items. Asos branded clothes themselves can be hit or miss but they do have loads of other brands to shop for. Cant go wrong tbh. Really happy with delivery times too
