  How can you people be so insensitive I order items with 328 since the 3rd of December, I used my husband's address in the United States so he could bring them to me when he's coming to Nigeria on the 30th of this morning. Today is 28 of Dec, and I didn't get any information on the tracking. He leaves the states tomorrow which means I won't be able to get my order till maybe April because I have no idea when he'll come visit next. I am not happy, this was supposed to be my birthday shoot outfit.

  I had the same problem as all of you they re having an issue with errors with shipment right before they send it out to the third party. There s a live expert chat on the bottom right of the screen. If you type in agent it will connect you to a live person. They will then give you the option to reship your package or issue you a refund. They reshipped my package to me and I received it the very next morning. Extremely frustrating but it does work

  In October I ordered 2 pants from fashion nova all was well Then around a week - a week and a half money was put back into my account and nothing was sent to inform me of this, no email no messages anything so I then went into my history where I am told where and when I spent money and it had no update that it was added but strangely it didn t say that fashion nova had taken the money either but it did the day I purchased I am disappointed my pants didn t come but I am happy I had a refund

  I have had the best customer service experience from Yaritza. She is simply amazing. I placed an order and used QUADPAY for the first time, not realizing that I didn't change my old address to my new address and the order got place. I ended up reordering it two seconds later before the things I initially got went out of stock. I decided to reach out to customer service about canceling my 1st order seeing as I didnt want to pay twice or recieve store credit and receive two of the same order, Fashionova has a very strict return policy, usually once something is ordered, nothing can be changed. I loved how understanding Yaritza was about the whole situation and she made the cancelation happen as a courtesy and I am honestly very impressed with how she handled everything, You are a life saver girl these are hard times and I appreciate you for going above and beyond
