boohoo review, 4 hours agoI ve used Boohoo for years. Mostly, I ve been happy with the quality of what I ve received. Sometimes however, I do get disappointed with the brand, when things don t live up to my expectations, both in quality and color. But I ve had that happen with Fashionnova, PrettyLittleThing, Missguided, etc. Several times as well. That s my only critique. To quality check items, before making it available for purchase and to make sure that pictures represents clothes and colors as realistic as possible. I know monitors play a role as well. But if this was done, less clothes would definitely be returned. Maybe a monitor option, as iPhone user etc, forexample. That would be revolutionary clothes marketing -

boohoo review, 5 hours agoI ordered clothes on the 20th of December but for some reason I didn't have my items and very little communication from both Boohoo and Hermes but tonight I messaged Boohoo via What's app and a lovely lady called Beth got back to me and sorted my order out and refunded the money straight away. Resulted in me placing another order thanks -
