  I had made an order to be sent to my sister as a gift, included around 100 worth of clothes. However.... when receiving the parcel it has been opened, and everything except two items had been taken We were both upset and disappointed. (Of course not their fault but didn t know who else to contact ) I immediately got into contact with Boohoo via Instagram and Rebecca S replied within minutes saying she ll get this sorted for me ASAP. Rebecca then sent me their WhatsApp number to progress this further. (to send images etc) Rebecca was very polite and helpful. I spoke to Shak (on WhatsApp) who again was very polite and wanted to get this sorted ASAP. Within an hour MAX they had got ready the items that were missing and resent them to my sisters address WITH next day delivery. I am so so impressed and haven t had ANY other brand sort out an issue as quickly as this Thank you Rebecca & Shak for sorting this out, now my sister can enjoy your clothes/shoes

  I had a problem with my delivery as it did not turn up although it said delivered by Royal Mail . I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and the woman Noemi F helped me straight away and sent another order out immediately thank you......
