Can get customer service on line reasonably quickly. Just wish they wouldn't use Lasership as a courier. Almost too much selection Items sell out quickly, don't wait for a sale unless it's shoes. nordstrom review, 1 months agoI have shopped at Nordstrom for a long time but lately I have been disappointed with not only their inventory (lack of) but also their declining customer service. It seems to take much longer these days for deliveries to arrive - like up to 3 weeks. Their online service is failing me as well. Their interface now requires a separate log in to print a return label and their online support is all but invisible at times. I cannot recommend nordstrom as a high end shop anymore. Show more
