next review, 6 months agoI ordered 4 items from Next Direct NZ and the first part of the order arrived on the 24 December 2021 and the second part of my order arrived on the 29 December. Considering I made my order and paid for my order on the 6 December 2021, I consider this slow. Of course if I had not contacted Paypal and left it in their capable hands the items may still not have arrived. I chatted 3 times to Next Direct and sent an enquiry to Sky Net and no one could be bothered to come back to me until I put Paypal on the job. Tip for consumers The idea is a good one and often works very well, but this year there were problems so I do not think I will be using Next Direct at busy times again. Considering I made my order and paid for my order on the 6 December 2021, I consider this slow. Of course if I had not contacted Paypal and left it in their capable hands the items may still not have arrived.
