I knew it was a long shot but it's always worth a try seemingly it wasn't a very long time, about 3 months and I couldn't wear them very much because of the pain. So, when the rep kept repeating the policy I was like okay then I just have to throw the 160 safety boots away bc I am unable to wear them and she said "let me repeat it to you one more time".
