fabletics review, 3 days agoI wish I would've canceled my account sooner, but I gave them a second chance. My first order was damaged (I wanted to exchange it for one that wasn't but they were out of stock in the style), I sent it back and never received a refund or exchange. My second item was returned to the sender after being marked "undeliverable" (I receive packages to that address all the time). I went on chat to try to get it reshipped but it was out of stock, so they could only give me member credit back. I asked that he also refund my shipping. The customer service representative gave me store credit instead of my member credit, and now I couldn't even get the original product I ordered if I wanted to. I've been trying to contact customer service all morning and have had chats hang up on me while I'm trying to describe my problem. I've been put on hold for a total of 45 minutes in the three times I've tried to call. I even sent an email and got a response that told me they couldn't resolve it over email.... -

fabletics review, 5 days agoYour website said I can cancel the membership online or by calling before I purchased the shorts and as soon as I purchased them now it says I have to do it by mail which takes much longer. That s very misleading and unprofessional -

fabletics review, 7 days agoI tried this out for a month and nothing fit when I got it so I tried to exchange. I mailed them back over a week ago and have gotten NO updates if the exchanges are coming or if they got cancelled/will be refunded. Seems like a total scam. I also connected with an agent to cancel my membership on the 2nd (and double checked it was actually canceled because their language about it was so weird) but I was charged for the month anyway Can't seem to connect with anyone who can actually help. -

fabletics review, 9 days agoThis was my first order and none of the items fit. I tried completing a return/exchange on the website and it wouldn't work. Turns out one item was no longer available. I was confused how the 2 for 24 deal would work if I returned one pair and kept/exchanged the other. Difficult to understand. Had to speak with a supervisor. I still didn't get complete clarification. Ended up asking for a full refund for everything and exchanging the one for a larger size. Hopefully those fit. But overall not happy with my experience. -
