They used Lasership who has horrible reviews, so many people are accusing the drivers of lying and stealing packages. I received an email back saying I needed to contact the shipper. I've been trying for a month to get my money back or replacement. The shipper just keeps sending me the same emails saying they are opening a case and that someone will respond in a few days. The website for FashionNova states to "check the bushes" if the package shows as being delivered. Tip for consumers Verify that they are using UPS or Fedex. Don't buy if they are using Lasership Products used None since I never got my package. Service Shipping Show more -

Recently I got a message on Facebook where someone found my box of clothes in the middle of the streets apparently the driver didn't want to get in trouble for a missing shipment and marked it as shipped.
