shein review, 2 months agoI paid extra for express shipping hoping I'd receive my items in time for a trip I'm going on. Here we are going on 2 weeks later and my items are still stuck in Hong Kong 3 days before they're supposed to be delivered to me. They charge you the extra fees express shipping but actually don't ship them until more than a week later. There's no live person to speak with and you're only left going back and forth with what's likely a bot trying to get a resolution. I've never had this experience with them before but it'll definitely be my last time shopping with this scam of a "business." They are truly the worst. Only way to contact customer service is online & makes u use a 'smart assistant' feature that leads you in circles with no resolve. Cute merch but sales are final. Would rather pay more for the same item & have better customer service than be stuck with product. You get what you pay for. Tip for consumers User friendly only for purchases.
