forever21 review, 13 days agoAbout 60% of products I've bought from Forever 21, I've either had become extremely worn after one (gentle) wash. The remaining product either completely comes apart at the seams before I've finished wearing them for the first time (i. E. the pants I bought for work). forever21 review, 22 days agoWe ordered a few pairs of leggings. Our order was cancelled for unknown reasons and we received an email saying our billing address could not be verified. We call customer service and they tell us to try ordering online again. This time we double check our billing address and place an order. Well, you already know what's coming our order was CANCELED AGAIN. We have confirmed with our bank that nothing is wrong with our card. We've never had problems with our card before but we still double checked in case. Customer service was nice but offered no valid solution. They just tell us to keep trying to order again which would probably result in more pending charges on card while they once again cancel our order. Not sure if it's a website problem or what. So really, save yourself the trouble and don't order online from this company. If you really must buy from them, stick to in-store. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality Show more -
