  J.Crew customer service has been fantastic for me whether it's over the phone or at my local J.Crew store, they've always been prompt and gone out of their way to help. It's Grayers that's been horrible, particularly for a "new" company. I just hope J.Crew gets a new fashion expert because their clothing is woefully out of step with fresh fashion trends and classics.

  Sad to see so many poor reviews and bad customer experiences mine went off without a hitch and the quality is very nice on the knit I ordered will def be a returning customer also shipping was very fast

  Order 1161632932, 15/10/19 Tall tweed motorcycle jacket with fringe- cranberry punch Please see my previous reviews of J Crew on 2.8.19 and 29.8.19. I thought I would give J Crew a final go and lo and behold the delivery was issue free and timely. Is this because they used Hermes to deliver rather than Yodel Jacket is great quality, colour and fit. Very pleased customer.

  I never usually write reviews but want to single out the most helpful and amazing customer service rep, Lisa. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with a majorly complex situation with two orders, and I am so grateful. Hopefully this review is shared with her management and she is rewarded and recognised by her superiors in the company. I work in sales, and part of my job is customer service, and I can honestly say she is an inspiration to me...and what all CS reps should strive to be like. Thanks a million Lisa )

  I placed 2 orders on J Crew website yesterday. It was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It took me about an hour to find the items i liked, and about 4 hours struggling to place an order on their website. It kept crashing and i had to re-find the items and start the process all over again. This happened for almost 4 hours before i was able to place the order. Got the email confirmation with the total amount more than double what it was on the website. Turned out they never applied the promo code that I added on the order. Went ahead and canceled all the items (1 by 1 because they don't let you cancel the whole order). Started the same process again, and this time, it only took about 5 tries before i was able to place the order. Got a confirmation email today, with the price triple what it was when i submitted the order on their website. At this point, it just made sense to cancel the order and never go back, but cancellation was not even an option this time since all ...
