nordstrom review, 1 months agoI used to only shop at Nordstrom based on their customer service and their products. They have really gone downhill over the last 6 months. Their anniversary sale is mediocre and customer service is pretty poor these days. When looking to buy something at the anniversary sale, they advertised it as a sale, but when you did the math it was actually more expensive. There were other people who noticed that as well online. My final straw was I ordered a pair of designer shoes and they came without a dust bag. They wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. I actually wrote a 5 star/ really good review but stated that the dust bag was missing. They refused to post the review. I'm done with them. Tip for consumers Have items delivered to Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack if there are any close to you. The shippers they are using lately are not reliable.
