I recieived a style that I had not ordered but customer service quickly sent out the correct item and a return label for the incorrect item. Customer service is phenomenal, easy to work and resolved my issue within minutes. Can't go wrong with quick service like that -

I really enjoyed my experience shopping around the store. The service and staff were amicable, and the store had a pretty good selection of clothes even if not as much as on the website, and everything was well organized and tidy. The online staff is also very responsive, and when I submitted a message regarding an issue, they responded to my inquiry promptly and respectfully. -

Thinking it was a lost cause, I still tried reaching out to see if they could help me upgrade my shipping on the back end. Maura was a lovely little gem and made it soooooo easy.
