  Awful customer service. They don't provide a phone number. My package never arrived. They used Lasership who has horrible reviews, so many people are accusing the drivers of lying and stealing packages. I received an email back saying I needed to contact the shipper. I've been trying for a month to get my money back or replacement. The shipper just keeps sending me the same emails saying they are opening a case and that someone will respond in a few days. The website for FashionNova states to "check the bushes" if the package shows as being delivered. Tip for consumers Verify that they are using UPS or Fedex.   I ordered 400 worth of clothes and it said was delivered but I never received it. I contact Lasership and that was no help. Recently I got a message on Facebook where someone found my box of clothes in the middle of the streets apparently the driver didn't want to get in trouble for a missing shipment and marked it as shipped. Fashion Nova and Lasership has horrible customer service. I'm still waiting on my money back. Tip for consumers Don't purchase from them.
