I have felt so frustrated at a lack of response from the courier as the weeks have gone on. For 3 weeks my daughters parcel is still yet to arrive and I had almost given up I simply contacted Pretty Little Thing via WhatsApp contact details are on their website and the same day in a matter of, I think 2 hours, I received a fantastic response. Amerzish responded with an apology and had confirmed the items remained in stock and if I would like, I could receive them again or receive a refund, naturally I have chosen the items, no extra cost to me Thankyou so much, my daughter is thrilled, she has been waiting for her new jeans for what feels like forever No fuss, quick response and no cost to me Thankyou Pretty Little Thing Amerzish -
