I've been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks now, and when I reached out to customer service to address the issue, (considering the tracking number shows it was delivered to them over a week ago...), they did nothing to help and told me to just continue waiting. At this point I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and will never shop with them again. Tip for consumers Do not shop here. Shop elsewhere. Products used None. I returned everything.
