urbanoutfitters review, 4 months agoI placed an order on Boxing Day (December 26th), and had to get in touch with customer service on January 5th because I hadn't received any tracking information. I got an email on January 14th saying that they cancelled my order and my card was refunded. Got back in touch with customer service saying that I didn't want to cancel the order. They offered no additional options and didn't reply back to the rest of my questions. This experience was awful. Tip for consumers A lot of their retailers-especially for the home section- are available on Etsy, do yourself a favour and go there first, and then anywhere else.
