mango review, 19 days agoI had an interesting experience. I ordered a coat in November, and a sweater on Dec 3. The sweater was stuck in "international transit" for weeks. No updates. I emailed customer service and the phone prompt said "Ooops, it looks like there is a problem with your order, stay on the line." I could not get in touch with anyone for 30 minutes I hung up. Also, I had to send the coat back for return using their provided information, but I never got a refund. So I just called my credit card company - I told them I never got the sweater, and that I haven't seen a refund on the coat. They investigated the matter. WOW - within 3 days, the sweater finally got delivered, and I got an email from Mango saying that they were refunding me for the coat. I wonder if it was just the pressure from my credit card company, or if it was because it all finally worked out on its own Everyone should know that the Consumer Protection Act states that a consumer needs to receive an online order within 30 days of p... -
