I have successfully received 3 vinyls so far but now one appears to have gone missing and no one will help me. PYW Was shipped Sunday / Britney was shipped Monday / when Britney was shipped the tracking for PYW has disappeared / Britney turned up 2 days later / PYW is untraceable and hasn t arrived. I ve contacted numerous times because logically based off that information the first parcel is missing it was shipped before the other that has arrived there is no explanation for why the other hasn t arrived especially when the tracking number is missing. This company is the biggest con and I hate that they have a hold over people because they produce an exclusive range of vinyls if I could never shop here again I would instantly because their customer services are poor... might as well not have a customer service team, Christ I wish I could get a job there. urbanoutfitters review, 16 days agoI returned items back in Jan and they refused to provide the refund. They've tried to say this is my fault as I was missing some of the returned receipts however all items were sent on the same day via their courier service collect+. They owe me 63.36. I was a loyal customer for years I'm really upset, it's clearly a scam they're operating to prevent giving refunds during these hard times and double the profit. 1 of the returns was literally an it that they had sent incorrectly.
