nordstrom review, 15 days agoI originally purchased an order on 12/18/2020 and paid extra money for shipping so that I can get my order in by 12/23/2020. I received an email on 12/23/2020 stating that my order was going to arrive on 12/28/2020 due to shipping delays. ( Which I completely understand with everything going on) Then on 12/28/2020 I receive an email stating that my order was cancelled. I called customer service and after being on hold for 1.5hrs (which again I did not mind because I understand that due to the pandemic there are major delays everywhere.) The representative stated " Their system does that from time to time and they do not know why" So I said ok and decided to reorder the item which they stated was on back order NOW that they cancelled my time. So I had them reorder my item and was ok with getting item when it became available as it was an item that I had been wanting for a long time and finally had the money to purchase it. My item was reordered on 12/28/2020 and they told me it would be... -

nordstrom review, 3 months agoI've always thought Nordstrom had excellent customer service however, my recent experiences have been awful. In the past week, I have placed 6 different orders and 4 of those orders were cancelled due to a problem fulfilling. When I placed 2 of the orders, the item said "few left" and it looked like I did not receive the last item. I think they fulfilled the last order first therefore, the people that received the first order did not get it to complete. I purchased a few more items solely because it was the same order and now I have to go out of my way to return the items. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service that Nordstrom has been providing. In the future, I will think twice before I place an order because this is extremely frustrating. -

nordstrom review, 3 months agoI have been shopping at Nordstrom for many years, and have experienced the most seamless customer service there. I brought in a bracelet that had gotten caught on my car door and gotten unstrung. It immediately was replaced I always shop the sales or price matched items, and the value and quality is excellent.
