It states clearly online that my purchase can be returned until april. Yet custoner service say I cant return. The stores are closed due to lockdown there is no facility to get item collected from your house. I dont have printer. Cant get a QR code to hand in locally by relative. I am sheilding. Every store in UK is giving people extra time to return. But their customer services dont think so, pandemic or not. Dont buy from here. Too many other places to spend your money. I had an issue during requesting applying my coupon code yet needed to submit my request before it sold out. I reached Customer Service and talked with Rachael.
