  I placed the order on the 25th December. I received the email from Hermes on the 31st December saying that my parcel was delivered to me, however, I knew it wasn't because I was all day in the house and no deliveries came that day. I then emailed customer services at river island - but no response. I have received another email from Hermes saying that my parcel is now arriving today (02.01.21) between 7-9pm. Somebody knocked on my door that I could barely hear at 6 19pm, good that I was in the lounge so did notice somebody standing by the door. I went straight to the door where I found a parcel laying on my doorstep. It was obvious that somebody have opened and resealed the parcel - only one item out of 7 arrived. I then emailed again the customer services at river island explaining what has happened. I am still waiting for them to investigate this. I have never had issues with River island in the past so I will update my score as soon they get back to me and resolve this. UPDATE I mus...

  If only I could chose zero star I made a purchase online 3 days ago for items on SALE. They were available online, I paid and I received the confirmation email. I just received an email telling me that the order has been canceled due to "unavailability" After receiving payment and confirming that the order was going to be soon dispatched If I knew I wouldn't have chosen to buy gifts to my family from there as I could have benefited from the SALE elsewhere from Zara or Mango which are actually far more committed to their customers. What a shame

  Have used River Island several times in recent months and can only say I am 100% happy on each occasion. Very prompt and efficient service and especially the sales they have had in recent times. Placed an order 2 days ago expecting delivery on 30th however just received a message to say it is out for deliver today. Amazing service. Thank you

  Where is my order Order number 67311024 Tried emailing but can t get a response. Tried Instagram but can t get a response. Now trying here. Been waiting 2 weeks. Would just love to know where my order is that I ve paid for. Update received my order. Delivery took a couple of weeks and response from Customer Services was very, very slow but very happy with products.

  I do not really understanding the bad reviews in this site. This is literally my favorite shop to go to. My size is right for me every time (except for last time which was a bit of a bummer). The delivery is always on time or a day early and when I tried contacting customer services, I got a response the next day. The refund for last order was correctly calculated. My only concern is whether I will receive the shipping refund as 1 item was faulty and they do promise you that...
