Considering I made my order and paid for my order on the 6 December 2021, I consider this slow. Of course if I had not contacted Paypal and left it in their capable hands the items may still not have arrived. I chatted 3 times to Next Direct and sent an enquiry to Sky Net and no one could be bothered to come back to me until I put Paypal on the job. Tip for consumers The idea is a good one and often works very well, but this year there were problems so I do not think I will be using Next Direct at busy times again.
