fashionnova review, 1 months agoI had the same problem as all of you they re having an issue with errors with shipment right before they send it out to the third party. There s a live expert chat on the bottom right of the screen. If you type in agent it will connect you to a live person. They will then give you the option to reship your package or issue you a refund. They reshipped my package to me and I received it the very next morning. Extremely frustrating but it does work -

fashionnova review, 2 months agoI have had the best customer service experience from Yaritza. She is simply amazing. I placed an order and used QUADPAY for the first time, not realizing that I didn't change my old address to my new address and the order got place. I ended up reordering it two seconds later before the things I initially got went out of stock. I decided to reach out to customer service about canceling my 1st order seeing as I didnt want to pay twice or recieve store credit and receive two of the same order, Fashionova has a very strict return policy, usually once something is ordered, nothing can be changed. I loved how understanding Yaritza was about the whole situation and she made the cancelation happen as a courtesy and I am honestly very impressed with how she handled everything, You are a life saver girl these are hard times and I appreciate you for going above and beyond -
