zappos review, 2 months agoI purchased a pair of safety boots through the Zappos Amazon Fulfillment site and they really really hurt my feet but they were from 2021 and I wanted to see if they can exchange them for for the same boot but a larger size. I knew it was a long shot but it's always worth a try seemingly it wasn't a very long time, about 3 months and I couldn't wear them very much because of the pain. So, when the rep kept repeating the policy I was like okay then I just have to throw the 160 safety boots away bc I am unable to wear them and she said "let me repeat it to you one more time". It was like speaking to a robot, a rude robot. Carhartt is a great brand, but the seller sucks Service Value Shipping Returns Quality Show more -
