I had an issue during requesting applying my coupon code yet needed to submit my request before it sold out. I reached Customer Service and talked with Rachael. She was agreeable, pleasant and was unfathomably useful in dealing with my issue. I have worked in client care so I see how unpleasant this position can be. So I needed to express my gratitude toward her for making my experience more than extraordinary. I appreciate it. -

Every time I call or chat with them online, they say they will look into why it hasn't shipped yet. Charged my account even though their website says they will not charge until they ship -

urbanoutfitters review, 7 days agoHORRIBLE QUALITY-Fell apart at the seam I bought a pair of jeans that completely fell apart at the seam. A gaping hole as big as my hand. Customer service wouldn't connect me to a manager and would only issue a partial discount. I have NEVER had a pair of jeans do this. Even cheap pairs I bought at discount stores like Belk. They had only been washed 3x and only worn to work. Terrible quality and UO just doesn't care. I would give 0 stars if I could. -

urbanoutfitters review, 26 days agoOrdered a 50 voucher on 27 Nov for my 16 yr old daughter. I should have oredered an e voucher but thought a proper voucher would be nicer. Regularly checked the tracker to be told Royal Mail experiencing delays. Checked on 23 Dec as still not received with the same message. I emailed straight away to be told that the item had been signed for. I have a complaint pending but after seeing these reviews am not holding my breath. It could be a dodgy delivery driver but how do you prove that I will never buy vouchers online again or shop at Urban Outfitters.
