macys review, 11 days agoI purchased an item online and had to return. The item was received and marked accordingly. Their policy that pops up says refund will be issued in 3-5 days with no specification on type of payment. I called because it had been over a week. I was told that was only for Macy's credit card purchases and any other form if payment would be 10-14 business days. I used a Discover card so I am supposed to wait 3 weeks. That is absurd and unacceptable and not what the return policy states. I will never shop online at Macy's again Tip for consumers Your form of payment determines the refund timing. After several calls to their customer service center, which happens to be located outside the country,(thanks for giving those US jobs away ), they still couldn't distinguish between an actual jacket and a sweatshirt. They even sent UPS over 2x to the wrong address for a pick up and then reissued an order that I never placed. What idiots, truly. I'm not surprised they are closing stores. You've were warned. Tip for consumers Don't. Products used None. They said the order shipped then cancelled it. They were clueless on what I actually ordered. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality Show more -
