  After reading so many negative reviews, I decided to write one to support an amazing brand. First of all, I have never had any Issues with the quality of UNIQLO s product. All of them are amazing and they have never disappointed me. It is a great brand with an amazing quality products for a reasonable price. Secondly, I contacted their customer service 2 days ago and received a reply within 3 hours. The employee was very polite and addressed my issue appropriately with an in-depth explanation. The reason I contacted them was the following I placed an order using Safari on my Iphone andI didn t get through to the confirmation page, nor did I receive an order confirmation email. However, the money got charged from my PayPal. The website of Uniqlo does not work well on Safari. Afterwards, I tried placing an order through Google Chrome on my computer and everything was fine. The customer service was very helpful and explained the the money will be available on my PayPal again soon. I conta...

  T shirts have baggy neck line and do not wash or dry back into shape . They t shrink but worse as they get sloppy looking. Pity as the cost sounded great- get what you pay for.

  I've been shopping at Uniqlo for several years now, both in-store (Oxford Circus) and online. I'm a big fanatic over their 100% cotton t-shirts, especially their UT Graphic prints. The quality is very good, durable and super comfortable. I bought almost all of their Pokemon t-shirts last year I love anime and manga, so it's always fun to see my favourite shows on print like the basketball which Kuroko plays... or Hunter x Hunter....I've used their click & collect service before and it was super easy and quick. I find the prices to be decent, sometimes it's a big surprise during sale season where I could find a t-shirt for about 4 or 5. Will always shop at Uniqlo
