urbanoutfitters review, 2 days agoMost importantly, thanks a ton I had a simple purchasing experience and despite the fact that my request was shipped standard, it showed up rapidly. I had an issue during requesting applying my coupon code yet needed to submit my request before it sold out. I reached Customer Service and talked with Rachael. She was agreeable, pleasant and was unfathomably useful in dealing with my issue. I have worked in client care so I see how unpleasant this position can be. So I needed to express my gratitude toward her for making my experience more than extraordinary. I appreciate it. -

urbanoutfitters review, 2 days agoI want to start by saying, with the current pandemic, I completely understand and expect less staff, production, etc. but I still expect brand transparency. My mom originally ordered an item for me for Christmas, and it was said to be on backorder and ship by a date that would have arrived by Christmas. Weeks later, when it was said to ship, it was cancelled altogether and she was never sent it. I ended up being able to order my item after Christmas, and it was backordered for another few weeks but it finally shipped out, but I'm still waiting on arrival. Not every item is updating with day to day tracking, it just says expected delivery date. Also, I have previously ordered items and the same order was sent in multiple shipments. Urbanoutfitters.com is currently a complete mess, and shipping is pricey to not be able to accurately track. I recommend order pickup or if you can, just going to the store to shop until they can get everything figured out. It will save you the stress of wond... -

Every time I call or chat with them online, they say they will look into why it hasn't shipped yet. Charged my account even though their website says they will not charge until they ship -

urbanoutfitters review, 8 days agoHORRIBLE QUALITY-Fell apart at the seam I bought a pair of jeans that completely fell apart at the seam. A gaping hole as big as my hand. Customer service wouldn't connect me to a manager and would only issue a partial discount. I have NEVER had a pair of jeans do this. Even cheap pairs I bought at discount stores like Belk. They had only been washed 3x and only worn to work. Terrible quality and UO just doesn't care. I would give 0 stars if I could. -
