urbanoutfitters review, 3 days agoI return my item price 29 but only receive refund 15. I contacted 3 times already was told to wait for them to precess refund. First by calling, 2nd via chat, was told to wait. Waited 1 week never get my refund, contacted again and was told 48 hrs, nothing happen. Never shop here ever again. It states clearly online that my purchase can be returned until april. Yet custoner service say I cant return. The stores are closed due to lockdown there is no facility to get item collected from your house. I dont have printer. Cant get a QR code to hand in locally by relative. I am sheilding. Every store in UK is giving people extra time to return. But their customer services dont think so, pandemic or not. Dont buy from here. Too many other places to spend your money.
