  After reading so many negative reviews, I decided to write one to support an amazing brand. First of all, I have never had any Issues with the quality of UNIQLO s product. All of them are amazing and they have never disappointed me. It is a great brand with an amazing quality products for a reasonable price. Secondly, I contacted their customer service 2 days ago and received a reply within 3 hours. The employee was very polite and addressed my issue appropriately with an in-depth explanation. The reason I contacted them was the following I placed an order using Safari on my Iphone andI didn t get through to the confirmation page, nor did I receive an order confirmation email. However, the money got charged from my PayPal. The website of Uniqlo does not work well on Safari. Afterwards, I tried placing an order through Google Chrome on my computer and everything was fine.
