  Severe lack of customer service when there have been multiple issues with multiple orders. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money shopping here. I've been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks now, and when I reached out to customer service to address the issue, (considering the tracking number shows it was delivered to them over a week ago...), they did nothing to help and told me to just continue waiting. At this point I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and will never shop with them again. Tip for consumers Do not shop here. Shop elsewhere. Products used None. I returned everything.   Don't deal with this store. They stole my money. Have returned my order to them 2 months ago and still haven't get my money back. Wrote to them many times and every time they said we will do everything, wait 2 days. And only after learning about my intentions to go to court, they decided to return the money.   Asked to return a northface faulty hoody, hem no stitched on all the way round. Agreed to return and refund, but won't replace, advised I had to re-order. However I don't want to pay carriage (as per my original larger order). ASOS would only agree to 'credit me' the carriage AFTER I re-ordered and paid online, resulting in me messing about further. I will order elsewhere in future asos, your customer service is not that Service Returns Quality Show more
