allsaints review, 6 months agoAbsolutely fuming. Ordered a Survey leather blazer from 400 to 260 in the black Friday sale. Order 9118387 I got the last one in stock. They since had more in stock... but of course I didn't think much of it... why would I I'd already ordered mine. A few days later I got an email to say I'd been refunded because the item was out of stock. NOT GOOD ENOUGH And no, I don't accept your apology There's nothing that annoys me more than an item being out of stock AFTER I've purchased it. You are the manufacturer You need to go and source another. Don't worry though... I'll make sure you mean your apology next time I visit your store. They have responded to my email... inadequately.
