urbanoutfitters review, 21 days agoThis is not the first time I have had an issue with UO before. Recently I placed an order online that was 280. I had bought a birthday present for my boyfriend and come to find out I had two transactions pending on my account and total of 560 was taken out. And if your wondering I only received one order confirmation so it was not double ordered. I texted them and they told me I haven't even been charged once and they will charge once the item ships out. I still don't understand why I have two pending transactions and I can't access my money if I have even been "charged". The next day (today) I called them and they told me they would get their financial department to contact my bank to remove the second pending transaction. I used to love Urban Outfitters, but now I will never make a purchase from them again. This is junk. Even with carpenters glue before the screws, the damn thing fell apart.
