zara review, 11 days agoGood quality and although you need to know your Zara sizing, once you do they are pretty consistent. Reasonably priced and something for all ages. My go to choice. Delivery is sometimes a bit slow but not dreadful. My only comment would be that if you do have to deal with customer service they are not very helpful -

All works together to provide you with the hottest looks. So much to choose that at times it can get frustrating. I suggest that when it comes to putting goods in the correct area, they could use some better organisational skills. The order came sooner than expected and my shoes were right in size and design. I'm thoroughly pleased with my decision to purchase these shoes. I still receive compliments. But with customer support, they could be swifter. It's difficult when you have people who don't react quickly enough. I don't have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes. I -

zara review, 15 days agoAs I was out of town when it was delivered, I had a very big package stolen from the building lobby, so the delivery person never rang my particular apartment to be allowed into the building. Zara was working with me, and she knew that the shipment had been stolen and out of my reach. They gave me a full refund and every person I worked with was so sweet and understanding
