zara review, 18 days agoI thought mango was bad. Zara is worse. They let the customers to figure where the package that supposed be picked up in the store where was shipped. All they do is read from a page. They will not transfer me to another person and were in no way a help to me. I will never use Zara online again. I will tell as many people as I can not to go online as they will not help you. I am only asking for someone to clarify a question I have and no one will. Very, very disappointing.
